Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWS.

Utilize IaaS solutions to automate and optimize infrastructure provisioning and management via Cloudformation.

Manage and maintain AWS IAM roles and permissions for the team.

Ensure secure and efficient access controls for users and applications.

Design, deploy, and maintain databases in AWS.

Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and availability.

Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, security groups, VPNs, SFTP servers and other networking components.

Ensure network security, scalability, and reliability.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration.

Collaborate with development teams to streamline code deployments.

Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.

Respond to and resolve infrastructure incidents promptly.

Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
