Responsibilities

Support and drive CareAware and FetaLink upgrade projects for the Upgrade Center

Responsible for the success of the client upgrade meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets

Providing effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues

Lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives
