Responsibilities

Work heavily with MS-Dynamics 365, Air Table, Power BI, MS-Excel sheet, and MS-Visio with a focus on CRM Implementation, Training employees, KPI dashboard and report development
Effectively communicate with SG USA Directors to understand their objectives and provide updates on our progress towards meeting these objectives
Collaborate with China HQ team to develop, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other related systems
Develop, maintain, and enhance the lead, opportunity, contract, and sales order entry screens within Microsoft Dynamics
Training small groups in MS Dynamics
Startup company mindset (Constant Evolvement)
Individual Contributor with right attitude to work with a team

Required

Proven experience with MS-Dynamics 365 (Must have), Air Table, Power BI, MS-Excel sheet, and MS-Visio
Advanced proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, #excel, including #pivottables, #macros, and formula writing
3-5 years of experience with .NET (C# preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization
Power Platform Portal experience or similar CMS experience (Portal Connector)
Experience with web technologies
Proficiency in documenting technical specifications
Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI
Knowledge of CRM business processes like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service Management & Project delivery
Bachelors degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science required

Preferred

Past experiences in manufacturing and construction industries are a strong plus
