Responsibilities
Review daily reports, including the active pipeline, hedges, and associated reports such as the P&L attribution
Identify data issues or areas of concern that require further investigation and escalate/ remedy as required
Enhance pricing and trading processes that impact pricing and rate sheets across multiple channels; as well as, Cash/ TBA best execution and optimization
Support Trading team in updating the risk management system used to value loans, MSRs and securities
Develop robust and comprehensive data analytics that support Capital Markets business plan and operations
Maximize revenue through oversight of the specified loan and high balance strategies
Development of presentation materials to convey key elements of internal strategies and initiatives
Support product development activities as needed

Required
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred focus in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
2-5 years of experience in secondary marketing, trading, and/or capital markets
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interface confidently with internal/external parties
Advanced excel and data analysis experience required; programming and Power BI preferred
Demonstrated and proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Able to balance critical thinking/ independent problem solving with escalation when appropriate
Preferred
Knowledge of Compass, MIAC, QRM, or other pipeline risk management systems strongly preferred
