Responsibilities

General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all entries

SQL: Write and Maintain SQL Queries to reconcile invoicing with our internal data

Transaction Processing: Handle daily entries, reconciliations, and post transactions, focusing on attention to detail

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track collections, and handle outgoing payments, maintaining up-to-date records

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including profit and loss statements, to assist in strategic planning

Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to guide financial decision-making

Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations

Audit Support: Gather and organize documentation to support internal and external audits as needed

Software Management: Use accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that support various projects and initiatives
