Responsibilities

Manage collections activities for a range of high-volume and intricate B2B accounts, including third-party collections when needed.

Oversee accounts with substantial balances and work towards their resolution.

Engage in detail-oriented communication with clients and stakeholders to negotiate payment plans, resolve conflicts, and provide top-notch customer service.

Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint and resolve account issues, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

Regularly prepare and deliver account status reports and collection progress to leadership.

Effectively use relevant collections software and tools.
