Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities within targeted prospective enterprise accounts
Identify and engage prospective clients to get Observe.AI’s foot in the door
Conduct in-depth clients needs assessments to understand their goals and challenges.
Present tailored solutions to address client-specific requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and CX, to deliver customized solutions and exceptional client experiences.
Align with leadership to develop sales strategies on how to make inroads on new enterprise accounts.
Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in our internal CRM (Salesforce)
Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback.
Accurately give forecast updates to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and account activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Previous experience selling CCaaS and closing 7 figure deal sizes
Proven track record as an Enterprise/Strategic Account Executive, Named Account Executive, or in a similar B2B role.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and act on market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.
Team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
