Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop engaging copy, graphics, and videos based on business ideas and direction.

Social Media Management: Oversee LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.

Scheduling & Publishing: Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery.

Audience Engagement: Drive engagement through polls, tagging, re-sharing partner content, and responding to comments in a timely manner.

SEO Optimization: Use relevant hashtags and keywords to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.

Strategic Guidance: Contribute to content ideation and provide strategic insights to enhance the overall social media presence.

Approval Process: Streamline the approval process for posts and campaigns, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Required

Proven ability to edit and proofread content with a sharp eye for detail.

Experience managing social media accounts, especially on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Smartsheet, and Hootsuite for content creation, scheduling, and project management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization is a plus.
