Responsibilities

Prepare monthly payroll accounting entries along with the payroll reconciliation through collaboration with the Payroll team

Maintain monthly lease accounting including preparing monthly lease accounting entries and adjustments, new lease recognition and lease termination, monthly/quarterly lease reconciliation, etc., along with cross-collaborate with real estate team on lease maintenance

Responsible for day-to-day filing and reporting of state/federal tax compliance along with property tax compliance

Prepare monthly clinic P&Ls and assist with allocation reviews with FPA

Prepare clinic P&Ls management reporting packages

Perform special ad-hoc projects in Accounting/Finance as requested
