Required
Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience working with small business clients
Experience in Quickbooks Online

Clean background check
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the accounting processes
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys working collaboratively
Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
Able to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with attention to detail
Willingness to learn new things and proactive researcher when learning something new
Able to work during business hours
Preferred
Quickbook Online Certified ProAdvisor or willingness to get the certification
Strong bookkeeping background and interest in growing with the company
