Responsibilities
Review and process sales proposals and quotes according to company policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to address any discrepancies in deal submissions.
Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on key KPIs, including revenue growth, win rates, and quota attainment.
Deliver actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Support accurate forecasting by analyzing historical data, pipeline trends, and market conditions.
Collaborate with sales leaders to refine forecast models and methodologies.
Identify risks and opportunities within the sales pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
Develop and document best practices to standardize operational processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and refine process changes.
Maintain and audit CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Resolve CRM-related issues and provide support for team members to maximize tool utilization.
Assist in territory planning and quota setting based on market potential and team goals.
Track and report individual and team performance against established targets.
Recommend adjustments to territories or quotas to optimize resources and achieve objectives.
Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
Share insights with sales and marketing teams to inform strategies and improve targeting efforts.
