Responsibilities

Lead and ensure a high level attention to detail in the company's P&L reporting and forecasting processes with a high degree of accuracy, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range plans.

Own to development and tracking of SaaS metrics, in addition to owning the development and reporting (in partnership with Business/Sales Operations) of key GTM metrics (total bookings, revenue, and billing forecasts and other key topline metrics)

Build and refine robust financial models through a strategic lens to identify trends and assess both current and future business risks and opportunities.

Develop and enhance key metrics reporting to drive informed business decisions and optimize resource allocation.

Act as the primary liaison with Board Members and the company’s private equity (PE) firm, providing insights and feedback on financial performance.

Provide ad-hoc financial analyses to support the company’s rapid growth. Prepare and present detailed analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management to support business-critical decisions.

Effectively manage various cost inputs, driving results and ensuring operational efficiency through leadership of process improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Exhibit excellent communication skills to explain complex financial information to non-finance executives and cross-functional teams.

Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple data sets and meet critical deadlines.

Foster a culture of collaboration across departments while leading a small yet high-performing finance team.

In partnership with the Accounting Manager (and mostly using NetSuite), you will oversee:

All aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the company including: the preparation of the monthly financial package; management of GL accounts, annual audit and submission of government and related tax returns; and financial planning.

The implementation of accounting policies and controls to ensure that the company is compliant with GAAP and statutory accounting requirements.

Oversee the Financial & Accounting functions of our India subsidiary company in partnership with the General Manager, India.

Drive efficiency and operational excellence with repeatable, scalable Finance processes, reducing time to complete key processes such as month-end close.

Required

8-10 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong emphasis on forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modelling.

Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is required, with a strong understanding of key SaaS metrics and business models.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Proven ability to solve problems independently with little supervision, while managing competing priorities effectively.

Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to build clear, executive-level presentations and data visualizations to convey strategic messages (think: Tableau, Google Slides etc).
