Responsibilities

Serve as the financial leader for UVVC, developing and executing financial strategies that align with organizational objectives. Interpret financial data and key performance metrics to drive accountability and advance strategic initiatives.
Oversee the full budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, collaborating with regional and divisional leaders to ensure long-term financial growth and sustainability.
Drive growth initiatives by analyzing new center openings, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership opportunities. Partner with clinical and executive leadership to assess and advance strategic business expansion.
Lead capital investment decisions for clinic openings and expansion projects, ensuring resources are strategically allocated and aligned with organizational priorities.
Conduct monthly financial reviews and variance analysis, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Develop actionable plans with leadership to address budget or performance gaps.
Present complex financial insights to internal and external stakeholders, crafting clear presentations to communicate performance, strategy, and key investment priorities.
Design and manage bonus, profit-sharing, and incentive programs that align with organizational goals, boosting employee engagement and retention.
Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with physician partners on joint venture facilities, fostering collaboration and transparent financial communication.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize operational and clinical results.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an industry-related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience.
Multi-site operations and/or healthcare industry experience required.
Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the healthcare provider industry.
Proven track record of improving in-year financial and operational performance through strong, repeatable processes.
Prior experience building new operating frameworks, models, and/or roadmaps.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive leadership level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet on-site attendance and punctuality standards.
