Responsibilities

Program Management: Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles for security governance and risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management & Compliance: Implement and manage risk management frameworks (RMF) and GRC processes to enhance security posture and compliance.

Engineering Excellence: Drive engineering best practices and standards to promote excellence across cybersecurity and security engineering programs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and compliance, to integrate security measures into development and operational processes.

Reporting & Analytics: Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and SharePoint to track program metrics, create visual reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required

10+ years of overall experience in the field.

Proven experience in program management within cybersecurity, GRC, and risk management.

Proficiency with Azure, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and SharePoint.

Strong communication and organizational skills with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering results across engineering teams.

Preferred

Previous experience with NIST Cybersecurity framework is preferred.
