Responsibilities

Own the technical side of the Salesforce CRM platform

Help build custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, integrations, price books, opportunity products, and more.

Document CRM process, enhancement schedule, ticketing, etc.

Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to enhance usage and optimization of the CRM

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues

Train new hires on the usage of Salesforce.

Required

Strong skills working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a healthcare or technology company

Salesforce Certified Administrator required

Extensive experience building flow and other automation inside of Salesforce

Track record of managing cross-departmental needs and delivering high-value solutions

Ability to work independently, with little supervision

Ability to thrive as the only dedicated full-time resource devoted to Salesforce

Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.

Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Developer, or CPQ Specialist desired but not required.
