Responsibilities

Instructor-Led Training: Deliver engaging and informative instructor-led training sessions to franchise team members, ensuring content is clear, relevant, and practical for the roles being trained.

Training Development: Design and develop new instructor-led training sessions tailored to meet the evolving needs of franchise teams. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Computer-Based Training Programs: Create computer-based training modules that support remote and self-paced learning, using interactive and multimedia elements to enhance understanding and retention.

Travel Management: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements to franchise locations as required, ensuring smooth logistical planning and adherence to budget guidelines.

Assist and formulate solutions to problems and training gaps

Required

G.E.D. or high school diploma required with 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or direct field experience

Demonstrate ability to remain agile and adaptive while maintaining optimal performance and delivery within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

A self-starter, able to work autonomously to deadlines without extensive oversight or direction

Demonstrate advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
