Responsibilities
Develop, organize, and deliver bilingual training programs in both English and Spanish to meet employee development needs.
Conduct assessments and evaluate individual and organizational training needs.
Design and create training materials, manuals, and presentations that are culturally and linguistically relevant.
Lead workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions on various topics, such as customer service, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor training programs to meet specific business goals.
Track and report on training outcomes, feedback, and areas for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
Support employees’ learning and development goals by providing guidance and resources for ongoing professional growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
3+ years of experience in a training, teaching, or instructional design role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Experience in retail training, ideally within electronics department stores.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms.
High-energy with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate participants.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Side-by-side sales on the floor and flexibility with retail hours
Preferred
Certification in training and development or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
Experience with e-learning software and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory training requirements.
