Responsibilities
Initiate, coordinate, and maintain direct contact with each minor and the minor's family while the minor is in ORR care to efficiently advance the minor's family reunification and safe release from the facility.

Required
Proven ability to handle crisis intervention, conflict, confrontation or other complex people situations with compassion and decisiveness.
Experience working with traumatized/exploited minors and minors with behavioral problems.
At least 3 months of experience in case or unification work.
Fluent in both the English and Spanish languages.
Bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent degree in Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant Behavioral Science.
