Responsibilities

Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and Technicians to facilitate the transfer and migration of cloud environments, focusing on Azure Cloud solution Provider (CSP) solutions.

Serve as a central point of contact for CSP pre-sales and post-sales migrations, ensuring all milestones are met, and any issues are resolved and/or escalated.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to align with customer expectations.

Assist in creating and executing plans and Statements of Work (SOW).

Support the migration of resources into Softchoice’s CSP program.

Offer troubleshooting and enablement assistance related to CSP questions and issues during transfer.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including deployment guides and configuration settings.

Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, billing, licensing, resource management) to ensure alignment with pre-sales, project goals, and customer needs.

Act as the face for pre-sales, transfer, and migrations transactions for the customer, providing updates, handling challenges, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Facilitate customer meetings, including initiation calls and post-transfer debriefs.

Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in delivery and approach.

Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.

Suggest improvements to existing processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

Required

A desire to build your career in cloud with a proven track record of fast learning and agility in gaining technology experience at a global leader in Cloud at Softchoice

Basic understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), networking, and security

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Administrator) preferred or a commitment to obtaining certification within the first year

Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a plus
