Responsibilities
Complex title research and clearance associated with the acquisition and relocation processes
Document set-up and preparation, compliant with state and federal guidelines
Advanced property and ownership research
Project control and accounting support functions
Development, set-up, and delivery of project QA/QC systems
Escrow and payment coordination
Complex project reporting functions
Creation of project controls and document flow systems, and training team staff on these systems
Heavy senior management support functions and oversight of junior agents or control specialists
Project team scheduling
Management and security control of all program documents
General project administration
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of three years’ experience in right-of-way, title/escrow, real estate paralegal, or related work
Strong knowledge of property legal descriptions, title reports, and instruments of ownership
Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, show a high degree of professionalism, and be resourceful and proactive in dealing with obstacles that arise
Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, ArcGIS and data management software
Ability to work independently and remotely in various locations and sit or stand for long periods of time
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines or special events
Maintain confidential nature of communications
