Responsibilities

Design and implement programs and tools to prepare key leaders for future roles including development plans, coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments.
Manage the full lifecycle of talent development programs, using AI and automation tools to improve program design, execution, and tracking.
Design and facilitate career development workshops that support employee career progression and skill-building.
Support talent management processes to identify key talent and build a strong leadership pipeline.
Develop career growth programs including career pathing frameworks and internal mobility tools, contributing to manager development initiatives where needed.
Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and resources to deliver impactful development experiences.
Leverage LMS systems, e-learning platforms and Workday to enhance program delivery and integrate development programs into HR systems and processes.
Champion a culture of growth and continuous learning, using data analytics and AI to drive insights and improvements.
Ensure all programs are inclusive, innovative, measurable and aligned to business objectives.

Required

At least 7 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a similar HR role.
Proven ability to design and execute large-scale talent development programs, preferably in high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of career development frameworks; experience with talent marketplace platforms and AI tools to personalize career development content a plus.
Proficiency in managing LMS systems, e-learning tools, Workday and vendor relationships.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire leaders at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring program impact and making data-informed decisions.
High level of collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across departments.
