Responsibilities
Manage and scale a high-performing team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, prioritizing coaching, development, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with leaders across all departments—including Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance—to understand their unique hiring objectives and create tailored recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals.
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-impact and leadership roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations to enhance hiring dashboards and reporting tools, providing increased visibility into the recruitment funnel and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Guide the team in refining and scaling processes to support organizational growth while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Stay informed of industry and geographic talent trends, using insights to shape hiring strategies and adapt to the evolving talent landscape.

Required
12+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting for Executive level roles across diverse functions
6+ years of people leadership experience
Previous experience in building out the Executive Search function in-house
Proven track record working within an Executive Search Agency
