Responsibilities
Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties.
Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media.
Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts.
Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Required
Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
