Providing exceptional customer service to venues and artists

Required
Minimum Three (3) years experience as Entertainment Talent agent
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the LIVE entertainment industry required
Written communication is essential--candidate must be able to write emails with clarity
Oral communication--lots of phone calls
Ability to work independently and remotely
Accurate maintenance of company database
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, Communication, or related field are helpful
