Responsibilities

Efficiently manage data entry processes and update employee records with high attention to detail, minimizing errors.
Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) configurations, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with IT and HR teams for system enhancements.
Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Possess a strong understanding of US federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as a general understanding of international HR practices and immigration, to ensure HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with best practices.
Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends.
Partner with IT and other departments to understand data needs, develop best practices, and ensure data availability and usability.
Identify opportunities for enhancing data management processes and contribute to developing solutions that improve data efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee data, handling information with integrity and trustworthiness.

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in HR data management or a similar role, with a strong focus on data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing and auditing HR data.
Ability to identify and resolve data issues quickly and effectively, working independently or in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Prior experience in an HR role working with US compliance and labor laws.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share data insights and support other HR team members.

Preferred

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Looker, or Tableau to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Lever, Namely, Lattice, Remote.com) and the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize these systems.
Knowledge and experience working with both US and International HR and employment and immigration practices.
