Responsibilities
Following the defined metrics for your role.
Assist with financial processes that effectively support the company's mission and vision.
Establish a relationship amongst your team of open communication and have a regular cadence of opportunities for collaboration.
Manage Aged Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and invoicing.
Assist CFO in cash planning, prepare loan and tax reports, and monthly financial analysis.
Assist CFO with financial documentation and other ad hoc reports as needed.

Required
1-2 years of experience in financial administration, i.e. basic accounting and data entry
Experience in customer service roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must have experience with ERP platform from Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) or other small business accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks)
General working knowledge of General Ledger accounting and accounting software
Bank reconciliations, account reconciliation, journal entry preparation
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
