Responsibilities
Lead and implement the retail sales strategy for the East regional accounts.
Build and execute distribution targets, promotion plans, and sales presentations, leveraging data to drive growth.
Manage customer sales forecasts, profitability, and trade spend while ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with East grocery customers, brokers, and distributors.
Oversee distributor relationships and inventory management, including promotional plans and SKU performance.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Oversee and manage broker relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and evaluate broker performance against established KPIs, driving accountability and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies across all channels.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the client base.
Develop and implement strategies that open new markets and channels, contributing to the overall growth objectives of Doughlicious.
Prepare and track sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with budget and customer requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance to align sales efforts with company initiatives and maintain brand integrity.
Manage monthly budget reconciliation, trade budgets, and price/cost negotiations with retailers and distributors.
Conduct ROI analysis to ensure the financial viability of sales initiatives and campaigns.
Attend trade shows and conduct market visits to build relationships and represent Doughlicious.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required
7+ years of CPG experience (small and large size companies), with an emphasis on sales, category management and insights, trade planning and/or revenue growth management
Retailer-facing experience required
Well versed in syndicated/POS data skills in Nielsen, SPINS, Numerator, 84.51, Shopper 360 and other syndicated and retailer portal data sources
Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent presentation skills
Ability to combine art and science into compelling storytelling
Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making externally and internally across cross-functional teams
Growth mindset, always curious, and willing to teach others through empathetic leadership
