Responsibilities
Design, test, and implement VDI solutions.
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Ensure virtualization systems comply with security standards.
Active Directory Services implementation, management, and automation.
Patch and update management of VDI infrastructure
Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.
Additional responsibilities as needed by the program.

Required
BS and 8+ years of prior relevant DevSecOps experience deploying Windows platforms or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant DevSecOps experience deploying Windows platforms.
8+ years of prior relevant DevSecOps experience deploying Windows platform.
US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Security+, DoD8570 Level 2, Server+, AZ-800, and/or AZ-801 certification.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong experience in establishing, maintaining, and growing DevSecOps resources.
Experience with VDI image maintenance and management with Packer or other similar CI/CD technologies.
Experience with Hyper-V and Hyper-V Clustering: Proficiency in Hyper-V setup, management, and clustering to ensure VDI availability and scalability.
Knowledge of tools and techniques for meeting compliance requirements, including GPOs, conditional access, auditing, MFA, and encryption standards.
Proven track record of supporting and optimizing VDI, AD, and application deployment infrastructure in high-compliance settings (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft VDI).
Advanced skills in configuring, automating, and managing Active Directory Automation and Compliance Management.
Experience with Active Directory in compliance-focused environments.
Experience with application packaging and deployment using tools like SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell for software installation (e.g., MS Office, custom enterprise applications).
Tool Experience required: MDT, SCCM, WDS, WSUS, AD, Hyper-V, Git, and Powershell.
Preferred
Experience with automation and a track record of flexibility in work roles.
