Responsibilities
Create and develop 3D models (parts & assemblies).
Detail drawings of basic 3D models (parts & assemblies) using industry standard notations for machining notes and weld symbols.
Perform basic engineering calculations for components in shear, bending, and torsion.
Learn the various processes of the Project Engineering team and seek out ways to improve these processes.
Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Engineers in developing concepts and solving design issues.
Become familiar with various manufacturing methods within the industry.
Demonstrate increasing proficiency in the use of 2D and 3D CAD Software.
Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the business.

Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other mechanical design software.
Experience in designing heavy-duty conveyors (3-10 years).
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in 3D CAD Software (e.g., Inventor).
Ability to perform basic engineering calculations.
Capability to learn and improve engineering processes.
Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
