Responsibilities

Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.

Prepare, administer, and review contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods and services.

Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.

Ensure contract compliance by monitoring contract performance, identifying and resolving issues, and updating or renewing contracts as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and assist in the contract development process.

Develop and maintain an understanding of the professional services contracting market to drive contract negotiations.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal regulations and standards regarding contracts.

Participate in proposal preparation and contract negotiation.

Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Required
