Responsibilities
Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate patient discharge and secure necessary nursing and delivery services
Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new patient referrals
Assist patients in securing upfront payment and guide them to financial assistance programs when needed
Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims management and follow up on any missing paperwork
Assist the Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of related experience required
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of quality focus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with cross-functional team members
Preferred
Previous healthcare or medical billing experience preferred
