Responsibilities

Create and manage a team of technology professionals and provide guidance to the team

Communicate with the technology team and other departments to set quarterly team goals

Determine business requirements for IT systems

Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security

Direct and support the implementation of new software and hardware

Identify and recommend new technology solutions

Oversee departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting

Assist in implementing executive policies

Required

2+ years of progressive experience with G-Suite administration, Google Analytics, mobile development, Shared/Cloud/VPS web hosting, e-commerce, database design, developing responsive data-driven web site/application, etc.

Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

Demonstrated leadership experience

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical team members
