Responsibilities

Oversee the regional trade budget, focusing on driving brand awareness and maximizing ROI.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful regional marketing activations.
Execute against brand calendar, including the delivery of all trade materials, in a timely manner
Coordinate engagement opportunities within a door with the Sales team, and lead implementation
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints to ensure clarity of marketing messages
Evaluate the performance and success of trade marketing programs and optimize accordingly
Influence the creation of effective marketing tools and collateral to support sales efforts.
Foster relationships with key agencies and partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Stay informed on the legal and market landscape to identify new opportunities and drive innovation
Manage regional storage unit to ensure it is properly stocked for the market

Required

4+ years in trade marketing, preferably in regulated consumer products
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend to drive business results
Ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics from in the field
Creative thinker with a passion for building and growing brands

Preferred

Understanding of the Massachusetts and New York legal cannabis markets a big plus
