Responsibilities

Develop custom applications using ServiceNow declarative application engine.

Expertly configure ServiceNow through the systems development lifecycle.

Conduct unit testing on software implementations.

Participate actively in an Agile development framework.

Engage in requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors.

Provide subject matter expertise for our enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.

Required

A Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or additional years of experience as a substitute for a degree.

Extensive development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly with Customer Service Management (CSM).

Proficiency in HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS.

Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within 3 months of hire.

Familiarity with organizational change management, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL concepts.

Exceptional attention to detail when performing work.

Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.

ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.

Excellent in presentation and requirements elicitation.
