Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads.

Prepare accurate financial forecasts and track performance against budget.

Consolidate financials across portfolio companies for external reporting.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Oversee financial operations including cash flow management, treasury functions, and financial transactions.

Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Required

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance roles.

Mastery of Accounting Software Systems is essential.

Extensive knowledge in ADP - Financial Services is required.

Proficiency in BlackLine software is mandatory.

Prior experience with Concur software is a must.

Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary.

Demonstrated skills in Accounting Functions are crucial.

Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is desirable.

A strong understanding of Budget Processes is important.

Proficiency in Finance is required.

Preferred

Prior experience in Auditing is a plus.

Experience with Private Equity is desirable.
