Responsibilities

Field inbound calls from small business owners seeking insurance and make outbound calls to leads who have applied for business insurance through our website.

Effectively articulate the benefits of the company to potential customers and close sales by: Educating leads on the risks their business may face, and how the company can address those risks more effectively than other insurance providers.

Tailoring your sales approach to the unique needs and motivations of each customer.

Challenging misconceptions and overcoming objections with professionalism and confidence.

Collaborate with the Underwriting team to collect all necessary documentation from prospects to inform underwriting decisions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales quota as set by Sales Leadership.

Maintain consistent availability for shifts as coordinated with your supervisor, ensuring reliable adherence to the agreed-upon work schedule.

Casualty Insurance licenseSales experienceAssociate's Degree

Required

Property and Casualty Insurance license – General Lines/Commercial

Minimum Education Requirements – Associate’s Degree

Meet or exceed monthly sales quota as set by Sales Leadership

Maintain consistent availability for shifts as coordinated with your supervisor, ensuring reliable adherence to the agreed-upon work schedule

Preferred

Prior sales experience is a plus

Hours: Monday – Friday hours between 10:30am – 9:00pm MST preferred
