Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of recruitment for clinical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and offer negotiations.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates, leveraging various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

Utilize market intelligence, workforce trends, and industry knowledge to develop a holistic recruitment approach to attracting clinicians.

Manage the selection process from initial screening through to offer acceptance, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.

Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience.

Provide mentorship, and training to Talent Acquisition Partners, helping them grow their skills and improve their overall performance.

Required

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on clinical recruitment or roles within healthcare, behavioral health, or related industries

3+ years’ experience driving talent and recruitment initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree
