Responsibilities

Research, validate, and standardize data to support customer needs and company growth objectives.

Communicate internally and with third parties to provide feedback & recommend business process changes.

Apply critical thinking in reviewing vendor/third-party provided data in various formats for accuracy.

Understand internal and external customer data needs and expectations for information

Ensure data collected supports the needs of business partners.

Perform recurring and ad hoc audits to ensure enrichment of key data gaps and to support online presentation.

Support channel-specific business needs.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 2 years experience working with/manipulating data required.

Solid understanding of and experience working in an MDM and/or PIM system.

Proficiency in Excel required.

Demonstrated ability to complete established goals with limited mentorship.

Keen attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exhibits awareness of data governance/management concepts.
