Responsibilities
Providing strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments within the organization, including production, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and logistics.
Overseeing the execution of operational plans and ensuring that goals and objectives are achieved.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Streamlining workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, reducing costs, and implementing best practices to drive productivity and quality.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of various operational areas.
Regularly monitoring and analyzing these metrics to assess the company's overall performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Participating in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans and initiatives.
Providing input on operational feasibility, scalability, and resource allocation to support the company's growth objectives.
Fostering collaboration and alignment across different departments and functions within the organization.
Working closely with other senior leaders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operational activities.
Identifying and managing operational risks and developing strategies to mitigate potential threats to the company's operations.
Establishing robust internal controls, compliance processes, and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Building and leading a high-performing operational team.
Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Interacting with various stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Representing the company in external forums and building strong relationships to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Required
Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role.
Strong understanding of operational processes across various departments including production, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and logistics.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance.
Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Experience in strategic planning and execution in collaboration with senior executives.
Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Experience in risk management and developing strategies to mitigate operational risks.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience interacting with board members, investors, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
