Responsibilities

Support the collection, integration, and robust analysis of medical device pricing-related data from multiple sources (mainly competitor analysis and GPO/IDN sales)

Assist in the development and maintenance of pricing models and forecasts to monitor market trends and pricing strategies.

Conduct market pricing intelligence and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions in alignment with business objectives and market conditions.

Facilitate ASP pricing administration activities.

Gather, analyze, and report payer data by leveraging business intelligence and analytics tools to support finance and commercial strategies.

Analyze contract performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Support the development of performance reports, dashboards, and quarterly presentations to track contract outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Monitor reimbursement trends and policies to ensure optimal contract performance.

Provide insights on payer behavior and business outcomes to inform strategic decisions.

Collect, integrate, analyze, and report on claims data from multiple sources to support strategic initiatives.

Develop system affiliation hierarchies to improve data organization and insights.

Identify, design, and implement internal process and operational improvements related to the automation of manual processes and optimization of data analytics and reporting infrastructure.

Required

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in healthcare pricing operations, healthcare market intelligence, reimbursement payer analysis (medicare/Medicaid), or a related role within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Proficiency in large data collection, integration, and analysis techniques.

Excellent understanding of GPO/IDN contracts from a pricing perspective

Strong level SQL and expert level of Power BI reporting tools

EXPERT level of Excel skills (please note a technical assessment will be given to assess this)

Strong problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, detail-oriented

Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, PPT).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of medical device industry regulations and market dynamics is a MUST.
