Responsibilities
Involved in new Network team projects, in addition to oversight of all Network Analytics team reporting builds.
Support sales and client management, ensuring satisfaction for assigned initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services.
Collaborate with internal and external business partners as required in support of initiatives.
Function as a leader for change and innovation.
May be responsible for concurrent initiatives or act as project lead for complex projects based on resource requirements.
Involved in Network template design/enhancements, new reporting, maintenance and improvements around market competitiveness reporting and presentations to internal partners and stakeholders.

Required
At least three years of experience in large data mining and business reporting
Experience in leading complex projects
Elevated focus on detail, accuracy, and quality. Proactive self-motivated work ethic.
Consistent high performer with ability to meet strict deadlines and key metrics.
Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders in a professional and concise manner.
Microsoft Office – Expert in Excel, Access, Word, and Powerpoint.
Bachelor’s degree from four year college/university with focus in STEM related major (Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics)
Preferred
Experience in complex reporting creation in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with 'Value Based Contracting' vs 'Fee For Service' models
Familiar with multiple data mining software tools.
Familiarity with coding languages (VBA, Python, etc).
Master’s degree preferred
