Responsibilities
Work closely with sales engineering and delivery teams to design and develop code-based integrations between various Keyfactor platforms and customer enterprise systems and IoT device management platforms.
Work with prospective and existing customers to determine technical and operational requirements for Keyfactor integrations.
Provide customers, partners, and Keyfactor support personnel with integration documentation.
Create solution guides and training labs.
Be flexible and effectively manage time and tasks in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Required
Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.
Minimum of 3-5 years in large enterprise IT environments (consulting, services delivery, or direct employment).
Proven experience in software development using the Microsoft .NET stack, including Windows and Linux platforms (C#, IIS, MSSQL, Active Directory, PowerShell, etc.).
Proficiency in developing and consuming REST and other HTTP-based web services.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure essential to containerized and distributed applications.
Understanding of digital certificates, Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), and PKI's role within software ecosystems.
Understanding of OAUTH and related authentication and authorization protocols.
Experience with Kubernetes, including developing Kubernetes extensions (Go language, CSR signers, controllers, operators, etc.), and the Kubernetes PKI.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Effective time management and project prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively work with minimal direction.
Fundamental proficiency with industry-standard operating systems and business application suites.
Willingness to learn new languages, technologies, and APIs to meet evolving customer needs.
