Responsibilities
Own GumGum’s renewal business, driving growth for key accounts.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, including in-person meetings and campaign presentations.
Identify incremental growth opportunities and strategize account expansion.
Collaborate with sales to execute strategic opportunities and secure future revenue.
Lead internal teams to manage and optimize sold campaigns, ensuring alignment on client success metrics.
Review campaign performance regularly, providing optimization suggestions to meet KPIs.
Mentor new team members, providing training and support.

Required
BA/BS in Business or relevant experience in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning)
3+ years in digital media, with expertise in client service
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Atlas, Doubleclick, Salesforce, and JIRA
Knowledge of online advertising terms and revenue models
Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
Self-motivated team player with leadership and coaching skills
