Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems
Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in conversational AI, clinical automation, and healthcare IT.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and deployment.
Strong background in Java (or similar OO language) and microservice architecture
React/TypeScript or similar FE framework development experience
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
Good understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
