Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven chatbots using industry best practices for Enterprise clients.
Create conversational flows and integrate external APIs to enhance bot functionality.
Work with front-end and back-end technologies to ensure a seamless user experience.
Optimize chatbot performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Leverage AWS tools and services for scalable deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features.

Required
Proven experience in chatbot development, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in chatbot frameworks in general.
Knowledge of front-end development (React, HTML, CSS, or similar technologies).
Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, APIs, and DBs.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, remote environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning tools.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
