Responsibilities
Data Collection and Reporting : Gather, organize, and maintain data from various sources to generate timely, accurate, and consistent reports and dashboards.
Analysis and Insights : Analyze data and business information to provide actionable insights that support sales, operations, marketing, and technology functions. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive incremental margin improvements and inform strategic decisions.
Performance Measurement : Develop and track KPIs to monitor business performance, ensure consistency in metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
Financial Analysis : Conduct analyses with a financial lens, focusing on margin optimization and profitability, while identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Commission and Incentive Plan Development : Collaborate with relevant teams to design and implement performance-based commission goals and plans that align with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, operations, marketing, and tech teams to understand data needs, define objectives, and deliver insights that drive strategy.
Market Research : Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry benchmarks to support business initiatives.
Data Quality and Integrity : Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies or discrepancies.
Ad-Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc analyses and data queries to support projects, campaigns, and other initiatives as needed.
Project Management: Serve as the liaison between sales, operations, marketing and tech teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of data analysis experience, preferably in a business support capacity across multiple functions (e.g., sales, marketing, operations).
Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, LookerStudio).
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.
Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred
Experience with Python or R is a plus.
