Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, setting up employee profiles, and coordinating orientation sessions.
Support payroll processing by collecting and reviewing timesheets, verifying attendance records, and assisting with payroll inquiries.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support the HR team in organizing company events, meetings, and recognition programs.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Preferred
Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus.
