Responsibilities
Manage and configure SFDC, including user roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules.
Customize and optimize SFDC objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and more.
Create and maintain custom workflows, processes, and automation tools within SFDC.
Monitor and manage SFDC system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Provide day-to-day support to SFDC users, addressing any technical issues or questions.
Conduct regular training sessions to onboard new users and improve system utilization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including manuals and process guides.
Ensure data quality by performing regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing tasks.
Manage data imports, exports, and data migration activities.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SFDC enhancements.
Implement new features, functions, and applications within SFDC to support business objectives.
Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to manage integrations between SFDC and other systems.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to users.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of SFDC implementations.
Assist in the development of forecasting models and analytical tools.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, and industry regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for all changes made to the SFDC environment.
Manage access controls and enforce security policies within SFDC.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a SFDC Administrator.
SFDC Administrator certification is required.
Strong understanding of SFDC best practices, architecture, and standard functionality.
Proficiency in SFDC Lightning, with experience in migrating from SFDC Classic.
Experience with data management tools and techniques within SFDC.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in SFDC configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Project Management: Experience managing small to medium-sized projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer Focus: A commitment to providing high-quality service and support to internal stakeholders.
Preferred
Additional SFDC certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
