Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for students who have questions about the Marketing course on the EMBA and MBA programs, and students pursuing the CMO Certificate;
Be able to respond to asynchronous questions within 48 hours.
Serve as an expert resource for instructional designers and writers; and
Collaborate with the full time Faculty and/or instructional design team on course content, reviewing lessons in our platform, answering any questions and advising the implementation of any suggestions.

Required
PhD in Marketing or a closely related field.
Expert understanding of Marketing ideally stemming from a combination of graduate-level education and 5+ years of industry experience in the field.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Patience and a willingness to answer questions and help ensure student needs are met and all lessons meet our quality standards.
Excellent and timely communication skills, including providing schedule availability.
