Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives and target audience segments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, content, and design to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead acquisition and conversion.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising.
Own the end-to-end lead generation process, from identifying target audiences to nurturing leads through marketing automation and CRM systems.
Optimize lead scoring and segmentation strategies to ensure sales teams receive high-quality, sales-ready leads.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and tactics, ensuring continuous improvement of demand generation efforts.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with revenue goals and improve lead handoff processes.
Collaborate with content and brand marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
Stay up to date with marketing automation technologies and tools (including Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights), and leverage them to streamline processes, nurture leads, and increase efficiency.

Required
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to experiment with an AI-first approach to marketing- leveraging the latest tools and working alongside our AI R&D team to develop in-house solutions.
Proven experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics CE / Customer Insights.
Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and content marketing.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving KPIs
